INSPIRED, NOT EXHAUSTED
Thriving in the Juggle: Wellbeing for Artists & Creative Business Owners
Working as a freelance artist or running a small creative business often feels like a tug-of-war between admin and creativity, inspiration and exhaustion.
Join Dr Jane Miskovic-Wheatley, Clinical Psychologist and founder of Sparkly Brains, for an evening of practical tools to help you stay balanced, motivated, and to reframe what success really means.
This session will share strategies to support wellbeing, spark momentum, and nurture both the creative and business sides of your practice. Together, we’ll explore ways to manage the juggle, find clarity, and build resilience—without burning out. You’ll also discover resources to keep your brain sparkling.
The evening concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath experience to leave you grounded and refreshed.
Daniel Raymond (Shane Rozario)
Daniel Raymond is an improvising drummer whose experimental approach to the drumset pushes the sonic, textural, and rhythmic boundaries of the instrument. As one half of a drumset duo with Alex Tucker, he has developed an original language that reimagines the possibilities of two drumsets in conversation. Their debut release, Drum Sonata No. 1, marked the beginning of an evolving practice that extends into Daniel’s solo work, where he explores advanced systems of patterning and rhythmic organisation while continually expanding his technical and creative range.
