Dive into the fascinating world of mathematical design with this hands-on, Fibonacci-inspired workshop led by STEAMpop.

STEAMpop values the intersection between the Arts and STEM: STEAM. STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Pop = curiosity; the spark emerging from learning by making and the experience of creating something beautiful.

Using a pre-scored template, participants will explore the beauty of the Fibonacci Sequence through colour, pattern, and form — transforming flat paper into a luminous 3D sconce. Each fold and curve reflects the mathematical harmony found in nature, from spirals in shells to the branching of trees.

Blending art, mathematics, and design, the Lumifold Sconce Workshop offers an illuminating creative experience suitable for artists, designers, and curious minds of all ages.
