About Emily Cascarino

Emily Cascarino is a multifaceted actor, producer, and community arts facilitator based in Sydney’s Inner West. A graduate of ED5 International and Deakin University, she has built a diverse career spanning theatre, health, and social impact. Emily’s stage credits include roles in professional productions of Mamma Mia! (Donna Cover) and Wicked (Nessarose), as well as productions like Little Women at Hayes Theatre Co, where she played Marmee March.

Beyond performance, Emily is deeply committed to community engagement. She serves on the Inner West Council’s Arts and Cultural Democracy Group, contributing to the development of local cultural strategies. As a facilitator a producer she has led initiatives such as Goolay’yari Sounds: a music festival connecting community with local spaces and raising awareness of the Cooks River/Goolay'yari. Her work often intersects with health and technology, having contributed to digital wellbeing startups like Hey Lemonade as Schools and Content Coordinator, and Pilot and MateCheck as content coordinator.
